A Category That Doesn't Fully Exist Yet
Most ERP vendors are bolting AI features onto software built for a pre-AI world. We started from a different premise: what does an ERP look like if AI agents are part of the architecture from day one, not a chatbot layered on top of old screens?
That question is still being answered, and we are building the team that answers it. Yukti runs on Odoo's open source foundation, the modular ERP framework used by millions of businesses. We rebuilt the intelligence layer on top of it, and you can see the result across our 50+ modules and the free Community edition anyone can self-host and read the source code of.

Full source access, no black boxes. Anyone can read the code, file an issue, or fork the project on GitHub.

What We Look For, Even Before There's a Job Post

Comfortable with Ambiguity
AI-native ERP is a new category. There is no playbook to copy. You will be defining patterns as you build them, not following a roadmap someone else already wrote.
Ownership Over Tickets
We are a small team building for real businesses. Work gets shipped, not just assigned. You will own outcomes for the customers using what you build, not just close tasks.
Respect for Open Source
Our code is public. Our decisions should hold up to scrutiny from the community running Yukti in production and extending it for their own use cases.
